I had a great experience with Glendale Auto Body and Tray. After our recent car accident, they made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. They handled all the communications and negotiations directly with the insurance company, saving me time and a ton of hassle.The workmanship is flawless! The car looks brand new, and the paint match is absolutely perfect. The staff was professional, friendly. They kept me updated with regular progress reports. I gave my car in perfect technical condition for painting. They returned a piece of iron that wouldn't even start. I was sent here for warranty repair of the body of a car from Toyota Glendale. When I gave the car for painting, Bagner assured me that I would be able to get my car back in 2 weeks, but unfortunately my car was not ready in 2 weeks or 3 weeks. Bagner ignored my letters and messages, and I had to come to Glendale Auto Body every few days. When we met, Bagner extended the pick-up dates, either because of the breakdown of parts of my car that occurred during disassembly, or for other reasons. I personally saw how the door handle cable was broken. Yesterday they gave me my car, but unfortunately upon receipt I saw many defects. 1. There are small dents on the right door, the removal of which they should have agreed with me before painting, but this did not happen and now they asked for $ 400 for repainting the door. If the dents were removed before painting, it would cost about $100. 2. There are constant clicks in the area of the multimedia system, my car has never made any extraneous sounds before. 3. The original windshield of the car, which was in perfect condition,
